With
the ultrasonic “cut’n’Seal” system, flat pieces of woven and
non-woven textile can be punched out and simultaneously welded along the
outer contour.
This
method is widely employed in the field of filter technology, but medical
compresses and many other items can also be economically processed in
this way. Through the ultrasonic effect, the preformed piece is punched
out along its outer contour and simultaneously sealed, producing a
closed but soft edge.
Ultrasonic
cut and seal systems are universal in application and can be integrated
into automatic production lines without any problems. The size range of
punched-out parts extends to ca. 120 × 310 mm, but larger formats are
possible with the realization of appropriate system concepts.
For
continuous ultrasonic cut and seal applications, TELSONIC supplies a comprehensive range of standard and application-related
components right through to automatic production installations. |
